How can I get in contact?

You can contact us by simply sending an email to luxurystylesoporte@gmail.com with your question, doubt or comment on the matter in detail.

Hours M-F from 10:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 20:00

Nothing happens, just contact us by email with your incident, and we will reimburse you the difference.

(When using various payment platforms, it is normal that sometimes the code is not applied correctly).

If your shipment is Express, contact us directly by call or message to our phone number, sometimes there may be delays or problems beyond our control (high risk area, weekend, strikes or bank holidays) and orders may be delayed.

You can track your order on the official MRW website.

If your shipment is Standard, please contact us by email, please note that Standard orders come from our warehouse in Asia, and orders may take 15-20 working days.

You can track your order at trackdog.com and once the order is in Spain it can be found directly at CORREOS.

Please contact us within 7 days of the purchase of your order if you received incorrect, missing or defective merchandise. Please include your order number, pictures of the items and all related references when you receive your package. We will do our best to successfully resolve your case as soon as possible.

If the reason for returning the product is because it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will be able to reimburse you for shipping costs and any other services related to your order; if it is for reasons beyond our control, the charges will be charged to the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
